The Town of Chester Fundraising Committee is an officially endorsed fundraising committee for the Chester, Arkansas town government. As a government sponsored organization, we guarantee public transparency and oversight and welcome anyone willing to help.

Mission

The mission of our committee is to provide a platform for members in our small, rural community to collectively fund charitable causes. Causes that members of this body have historically supported include the Town of Chester annual fireworks show, enjoyed by many far beyond even our city limits,  and the Santa in the Park giveaway event, where gifts are given freely to children from in our community.

Meetings

Meetings are regularly scheduled for the first Saturday of every even month at 5:00PM. Any member of the public who is interested is encouraged to attend.

Public Transparency

Our organization guarantees public transparency through our town government. We regularly provide financial budgets, reports, meeting minutes, and advertising materials to the town council for their review. This means that you can be assured that our actions have the continuous oversight and approval of  some of the most trusted individuals within our community.  For additional transparency, we ensure that all public documentation is uploaded to our digital resource share. By sharing this information digitally, it ensures that our constituents have easy access to review our spending and operations. It is one of our top priorities to ensure that we not only earn but keep your trust.
